Create clients in the mobile app

If you can't find a client in the web portal or in the mobile app, the client might not exist, or they might be registered under a different name. If you're certain that the client exists and that you're searching for the right name, most likely they're not assigned to your zone. In this case, you can ask the administrator to assign the client to your zone or assign you to theirs. From the mobile app, aside from having a list of assigned clients, users can also view their clients as they are located on the map.
