Changes to deliveries
To edit a delivery, the mobile user must have completed their route in the mobile app, and the route must NOT YET be closed in the web portal.
When a route is in this state, in the web portal, go to the route details, and you'll see the following button:

Completing deliveries using Handy is very simple.
You can view your programmed deliveries by clicking on the Activity screen and selecting the Scheduled Deliveries icon:

Now, select the delivery you're interested in. That will open the delivery's usual screen, where you'll see a breakdown of the products assigned to that delivery.

Credit days
When editing the client's details, you must define the number of credit days they’ll have. These days start counting from the moment a credit delivery is made.

Usually, when you have a delivery in the app, and it's not completed, the system allows you to reschedule it for another time. This might not be ideal for you if you want to have more conFew readersCanceling routes
If you ever program a route for the wrong user, you can easily delete it. To do so, simply follow these steps:
To cancel a route, go to Manage sales and delivery routes, then click on the route you wish to cancel, and click on Cancel.

Operational Status
In Handy, orders can have different operational statuses, depending on where in the distribution process they currently are:
Pending delivery
This status appears when a persales order is created
It can also appear when a delivery attempt was unsuccessful
On route

In Handy's web portal, go to Settings Notifications Sending emails to clients, then select Deliveries.
To define which emails will receive this information, go to the client's details and click on Edit:

Delivery Tracking
On this screen, you can view the delivery history and filter it by user, zone, or delivery results.
You can also download an Excel file with details of each delivery by clicking on Download.
