Users can print unsent sales orders from timeline
ℹ️ What is an unsent sales order?
An unsent sales order, or an unsynchronized order, is one that:
Has been completed and saved on the mobile device
- But has not yet been sent to the system (server)
👉 Meaning, it exists on the mobile device's database, but is not yet synced
This can happen when a user is working without an internet connection, the connection is unstable, or they decide to send the orders later. Even though the order is complete, it's not yet part of the system's database until it's properly synced.
This setting determines if users can print out a receipt (ticket) for these types of orders:
- Enabled: users can print a ticket for orders that are complete but not synced yet
- Disabled: users cannot print a ticket for these orders; the orders must be synced before they're printed
When printing is allowed, the system generates a ticket that includes clear indicators that the order is pending to be sent, differentiating it from a synchronized order.

Important considerations:
- This applies only to orders that have been completed but not sent
- It doesn't affect quotes or synchronized orders
- This distinction is made clear on the printed ticket
This helps you avoid handing out order receipts for sales that have not been officially processed, reduces discrepancies between what's been printed and what's been registered, and allows you to have strict validation and closure processes, especially for field operations.
If what you need is for users to print quotes, we recommend reading the following article:
