Download initial inventory

Where can I find this feature?

Go to Routes and select:
Download → Initial inventory (all routes)

How does it work?

When using this feature, the system creates a unique file that groups together the initial inventory sheets of up to 100 routes at a time.
Every route maintains its own independent section within the document, including:

• List of products corresponding to the route
• Space for signatures at the end of each sheet
• Separate information, no data mixing between routes

Applied filters are respected

The downloaded file will only include the routes that coincide with the filters, such as:

• Date
• User
• Status

This way, the file will include only the information you're viewing in the Routes screen.

The file download is processed in the background

When requesting the file, you'll receive a message indicating that the download is in progress.

Once the file has been processed, you'll now receive a notification to download the file. If this setting is active, it'll also be sent to your email: Send exports by email

This feature helps you be more prepared for your routes before departure, as it allows you to:

• Download all inventory sheets at once
• Reduce time spent generating separate documents for each route
• Print inventories for every user faster
• Give each manager their corresponding lists, ready for review and signature

With this feature, preparing for the proper operation of your routes is faster, as well as more organized and efficient.
