# Scheduling visits in bulk

| This is one of Handy's most important features. You can program visits to know which clients your users will visit and when.

There are two ways to program visits in Handy: Individually or in Bulk using a template. This article will go over how to program visits in Bulk.

## Bulk

* Head over to the Visiting Calendar:

To program your visits, click on *+ Schedule a visit* and then click on* Schedule visits by template*

Download the template:

Once you've downloaded it, you'll have to add the following information:
* User: Salesperson's email
* Client: The client's code
* Visit purpose: Reason for visiting the client
* Date: In dd/mm/yyyy format
* Time: In hh:mm:ss format
* Duration: In minutes (For example, 60)
* Sales forecast: How much is the user expected to sell?
* Recurrence: The formula to program recurring visits for the future. You can learn how to create recurring patterns here: [Set up recurring patterns](https://help.gohandy.us/en-us/article/set-up-recurring-patterns-27v4x1/)

||| The maximum recurrence is 1 year

Once you have filled out the template, upload it back into Handy for Step 2:

Wait for the information to finish uploading, and then your visits will be programmed in Handy!
