# Scheduled visits

| This report can help you verify if scheduled visits are being fulfilled by your users.

You can find this report in the *Reports and goals *tab by clicking on *Scheduled visits*:

This report can be filtered by date and user. After choosing your filters, don't forget to click *Update* to apply them.

One of the most useful parts of this report are the following columns, which lets you compare the date the visit was scheduled for with the date the visit was actually completed, as well as letting you view when the visit started, when it ended, and how much time it lasted.

You can also see if the visit was completed or not in the *Visited* column. In this example, the user hasn't completed any of their scheduled visits:
