Presale orders reduce the company's inventory

If you already have a company inventory loaded, you can enable a setting that allows for the orders placed by your users to modify this inventory.

To enable this, go to your company Settings, then click Orders:

Don't forget to click Update.

If you haven't registered a company inventory, you can set it up by clicking here: Load company inventory

Suggestions:

• It's not necessary to enable this setting if you use route sales.
• This setting is also not necessary if you use a pre-sales distribution module.
• We recommend using this setting if you use pre-sale and don't manage distribution in Handy.
