Mobile users can log out from their mobile device

To define whether or not a user can log out from their mobile device, go to Settings:

Then, go to General > Basic configuration, where you'll find the setting called "Users can log out on mobile devices" :

If you enable this setting (checkmark), users will be able to log out; if you disable it (no checkmark), users won't be able to log out of Handy from their mobile devices.

In case of keeping this setting disabled, you can control your users' sessions from the web portal. For more information about this, you can read the following article: Log out a mobile device from the web portal

After making any changes to these settings, remember to click the Save changes button.

Consider that if you change this setting, mobile users will only see changes after their next synchronization.
