# Import inventory for each user through an Excel file

To import each user's inventory, go to *Manage Sales and Delivery Routes* and select *Import user inventory*.

Download the template and fill in the data. This template considers product code, user email, and amount as required fields.

Save and upload your Excel file back to Handy. If there are any mistakes, Handy will let you know. If not, it will show an analysis and summary of the information you've uploaded. Now, you'll just need to click on *Apply*.

Finally, you'll be able to see these changes in *Manage routes*.
