# How to print orders outside the Handy App

Whenever a user creates an order, Handy sends an email with the corresponding information to the company administrators and to the users registered as your notification recipients (more information [here](https://help.gohandy.us/en-us/article/how-to-add-a-notification-recipient-10y33zd/) on how to set up your notification recipients).

The email you receive with the order information can be printed:
