# How to enable and disable sending emails with daily/weekly/monthly summaries

Handy automatically sends daily, weekly, and monthly summaries so you can see updates on your operation using your mobile phone without the need to log into the web portal.

Go to Settings > Notifications:

* The [general activity summary](https://help.gohandy.us/en-us/article/general-activity-summary-1eaoetn/) is sent to administrators and supervisors. Daily summaries are sent every morning, including weekends, with information from the previous day. Weekly summaries are sent on Mondays and include data from the previous week. Monthly summaries are sent on the first day of each month, summarizing the month that just ended. Each summary includes overall metrics, per-user metrics, and a chart showing Handy usage for that period.

* The [summary per salesperson](https://help.gohandy.us/en-us/article/summary-per-salesperson-vhhp8l/) sends users their own metrics, so they can self-evaluate their performance. You can specify that these summaries be sent to the salespeople's supervisors by enabling the "Include other supervisors from the same areas in supervisor summaries".

* Delivery summaries are sent to company administrators.
