How long does Handy keep my information and photos?

At Handy, we want you to make the most out of the information that your sales team collects.

Most of your information is kept without a time limit, but there's some information that takes up a lot of storage space (like photos), which is why we only save them for a determined period of time that we believe to be enough for your needs.

These are our data retention policies:

😀 Transactional data that we keep forever (unless you decide to erase it):

Orders
Forms
Deliveries
Visits
Scheduled appointments
Collections
Inventory
End-of-route reports

📦 Master data that is never deleted (non-transactional data)

Clients
Products
Price lists
Special prices
Deals and promotions
Product photos
Client photos
User profile pictures
Uploaded logo

🕐 Data kept for 1 year:

Pictures and signatures on forms
Loss report details

🕐 Data kept for 3 months:

Changes to the order operational status history

🕐 Data kept for 7 days:

Reports on the distance covered by users

🔒 To care for your privacy, user tracking information is only kept for 30 days.

🚨 If you cancel your Handy account, your information will be completely deleted 6 months after cancellation.
