In this screen, you can quickly learn more about how well deliveries are being fulfilled, analyze key indicators, and export this information for analysis. ### Where do I access it? This indicator answers questions like: * What percentage of my planned deliveries actually reached my clients? * How many deliveries are still pending or were not effective? The greater this percentage is, the better the route compliance. ###### βœ… Unit effectiveness It indicates the percentage of units delivered out of the total amount of requested units. This indicator helps you identify situations in which an order was only partially delivered. **For example:** * The order requested 100 units * Only 90 units were delivered Then, unit effectiveness will be 90% ###### πŸ’° Monetary effectiveness It represents the percentage of economic value delivered out of the total value planned for the deliveries. This calculation considers the delivered amount, regardless of the sale being cash or credit, allowing you to know the true value of what was delivered. **For example:** * The total monetary value of the programmed deliveries: $150,000 USD * The total monetary value of what was actually delivered: $142,500 USD Then, monetary effectiveness will be 95% ###### πŸ“… Scheduled deliveries It shows the total number of deliveries assigned to be completed during the selected time period. It can be a good reference to learn more about the planned workload and measure the compliance of planned deliveries. ###### πŸ•£ Attempted deliveries It indicates the number of deliveries for which the user has completed at least one delivery attempt, regardless of the delivery result. It lets you learn more about the route's progress and verify how many deliveries have been handled. ###### 🚚 Pending delivery It corresponds to deliveries that have not yet been handled or are still pending completion. It helps you quickly identify the remaining workload and which deliveries still need your attention. ###### βœ… Effective deliveries It represents the number of deliveries that were completed successfully. It's one of the main indicators for measuring route compliance and for evaluating how well the operation is performing. ###### ❌ Ineffective deliveries It shows the number of deliveries that weren't able to be completed for any given reason, such as the client not being there, the delivery being rejected, the address being wrong, or any other reason. This indicator lets you identify areas of opportunity, recurring incidents, and any measures that could be taken to improve the percentage of successful deliveries. ### Additional information when exporting the delivery follow-up report The downloaded Excel file for the Delivery Follow-Up report brings additional information that helps you analyze information more easily. | Field | Description | | ---- | | Unit effectiveness (%) | The percentage of delivered units out of how many were requested in the order. | | Monetary effectiveness (%) | The percentage of economic value that was delivered out of the total value planned for the delivery. | | Balance | The client's current balance. | | Credit | The amount of credit available/set up for the client. | | Delivered in full | It indicates if all the products in the order were delivered (Yes/No). | | Quantity in the order | The total units of product that were requested in the order. | | Delivered quantity | The total units of product that were delivered successfully. | ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/d/5/5/c/d55c57cd2691a800/screenshot-2026-07-30-at-12053_uxzcwe.png =1178xauto) || You can download this information as an Excel file by clicking on *Download*.
