# Delete cookies

If you're having problems logging in, like this:

## Google Chrome:

* Type in the following URL in Chrome: *chrome://settings/content/all*
* Search for [handy.us](https://handy.us)
* Click on the trash icon

## Safari:

In Safari, go to Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data. Then, search for [handy.us](https://handy.us), an click on Remove All.

After this, you should now be able to log in normally.
